As a passionate pet photographer with over a decade of experience working closely with animals, I’m thrilled to invite you to join our upcoming group walks along the picturesque Coquitlam River. With a deep-rooted passion for training my own pets, I’m eager to share my knowledge and expertise with fellow dog owners. These group walks are meticulously designed to foster a harmonious coexistence among dogs, inspire you to engage with your canine companion during walks, cultivate lasting friendships within the community, and provide a supportive platform for sharing the invaluable education we’ve acquired throughout our journeys as pet owners. Whether your dog experiences reactivity issues or not, these walks present the perfect controlled setting for growth and progress. Join us as we embark on unforgettable adventures in the heart of Port Coquitlam!

Mark your calendars: Upcoming dates for our Port Coquitlam Dog walks and dog sport demos

We will meet at The Blue Bridge on Patricia Avenue. You can park either on Shaughnessy or near West Wood Elementary School. If you live near a different trail head, let me know & we can always walk towards you to meet up. Please send me a text message if you plan on coming so I know to expect you. While we welcome reactive dogs, they do need to be in control. I advise to bring a treat pouch with your dogs kibble & some high value treats as well. If your dog is reactive we will keep our distance at first & slowly ease into walking more together as a group. Make sure to ask other owners if they allow their dog to greet others on leash before letting your dog go up to theirs.

Unleash the athlete within, by exploring the thrilling world of dog sports!

On Saturdays we have dog sport demo days where we get together in my backyard. We practice & learn dog sports together. These get togethers are so much fun! I work hard to get different dog trainers & dog sport enthusiasts in to come & share their expertise with those that are interested. We currently rotate between doing FlyBall, Scentwork, Tracking & Obedience.

Keep an eye on my Facebook page & Facebook groups for what sport we will be practicing each weekend. Again, reactive dogs are welcome. We have many tips & tricks to make these events accessible for all dogs.
